How to find the right Grief Specialist for you

• We recommend you start with a phone call - this will give you an opportunity to ask some questions.

• Ask them about their experience and grief coaching style.

• Tell them briefly about you and your grief journey.

• The Grief Specialist may suggest a video call (using Zoom for example) for an initial meeting.
